“I’ve been a member of three different Crossfit gyms now and one thing I’ve found across them all is the community that’s always present. ELM is a welcoming place were anyone can find themselves in a good workout. Coaches ensure safe movement options are available, and are ready to help with modification recommendations. “The crossfit classes are challenging, but the instructors concentrate on making sure everyone uses the correct technique. If you are a beginner and have trouble with one of the exercises, they will substitute a different one that provides the same intensity workout. Everyone from the instructors to other class members are always encouraging each other. I have felt welcome from day one. Each class i can feel the improvement in my ability. They stress changing how you feel about yourself physically and mentally. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community.”

The gym was very clean, equipment was neat and in good condition. Bathroom and showers were clean as well. Everything you would expect from a good CrossFit gym.”
